By accessing or using Atlantia web site you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us enquiries@atlantiauk.co.uk quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.


You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.  If you fail to take such action, we are not obliged to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel.  If you do not collect your parcel within the post offices specified time (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery.  You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.


Payment can be made securely by using pay pal.  If payment is not authorized by pay pal for any reason Atlantia will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.


Postage rates applied are dependent on your preferred choice of delivery offered by the Royal Mai or other carrier. Postage costs based on 1.5Kg maximum. Atlantia UK Ltd reserve the right to request an extra payment if the postage is over 1.5Kg or that postage cost paid do not cover actual costs..

Legally binding contract

Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website and receive payment there will be a legally binding contract.

Cancellation right

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received you may return it within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.  You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our Customer Services department at enquiries@atlantiauk.co.uk

Please note post and packing costs are not refundable.

For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section below. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returning an Item

To return an item, please dispatch it in its original wrapping and accompanied by a note outlining your name, address and reason for return to:

Atlantia are committed to protecting all your data privacy and will use all reasonable endeavors to safeguard the privacy of its users. The information we gather from you is used by us to ensure that we give you the best possible service.

When you register or place an order with Atlantia it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you to enable us to complete our service. We need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.
